All our hats have ears straps that are sewn in front and behind each ear, creating a sort of "loop" around the ear, which holds the hat on the head well.   Another strap is pulled through the ear straps to create a chin strap.  Each hat has a coordinating "slide" on the chin strap to hold the hat in place. These hats work well for all sized dogs, unless specifically noted as "tiny". If you have a larger dog, please note that in the comments section on the ordering form, so I make sure your straps are long enough. Custom Hat?
