All DoggieArt products are hand made or assembled at the time of your order to your specifications.  Because of this, please allow two weeks for your order to ship.  I send all orders with a confirmation and will send you a confirmation number when I've mailed your package. Insurance is availabe, at an extra charge.   Christmas orders MUST be in by December 15th. Christmas RUSH orders.  We CAN take RUSH/URGENT orders up until the 18th, and we'll work overtime to get them finished and mailed out to you in time, but we do have to charge an extra $20 to process your order in time at the last minute. Need to send a check? I accept checks and will mail your items once the check clears. E-mail me with your order and get my address information. If you are ordering from any country other than the Unites States, you are responsible for the shipping and handling to ship to your country.  Our shopping cart will not correctly calculate shipping for other countries, so email us for information and the correct shipping costs for your order. DoggieArt has many personalized, customized items.  These are made to your specifications, which I keep a record of.  These products cannot be returned unless there is something wrong with the product itself.  You are purchasing a customized product, and have approved the size, graphic, text and anything else.  If you have misspelled something, or given an incorrect size to me, I cannot refund for that.  If it's something I can fix, I will do that for you at an additional, fair cost.
